Reservations can be made via the reservation form on the website;
You must book at least 48 hours in advance. If you want to rent a bicycle within 48 hours, it is best to call us for the possibilities;
Payment is made prior to the rental period, we will send a payment request after receipt of your reservation and upon availability. The reservation will remain for 24 hours. If payment is not made on time, the reservation will expire;
You pay a deposit of € 100 for an E-bike and € 150 for an E-cargo bike;
Delivery/pick-up costs are calculated as follows for fixed pick-up times:
0 - 5 km for 2 rental days or more no delivery/collection costs:
for 1 rental day a once € 5,- delivery/collection fee;
5 - 10 km for 3 rental days or more no delivery/collection costs:
for 2 rental days once delivery/collection charge of € 5;
for 1 rental day once delivery/collection charge of € 10;
10 - 15 km for 4 or more rental days no delivery/collection fee:
for 3 rental days once delivery/collection charge of € 5;
for 2 rental days once delivery charge of € 10;
for 1 rental day once € 15,- delivery/collection fee;
15 - 20 km for 5 or more rental days no delivery/collection fee:
for 4 rental days once delivery/collection charge of € 5;
for 3 rental days once delivery charge of € 10;
for 2 rental days once € 15,- delivery/collection fee;
for 1 rental day once € 20,- delivery/collection fee;
*Explanation of rental days (4 rental days equals 1 bike for 4 days, 2 bikes for 2 days, 4 bikes for 1 day)
Outside the fixed delivery/pick-up times (19:00 and 22:00), additional delivery costs are calculated:
Bicycles delivered OR picked up at a different time , half of the above costs, according to 1 rental day, will be charged;
Bicycles delivered AND picked up at a different time will be charged at the full above-ment ioned cost, according to one rental day;
Bicycles will not be delivered outside the designated area;
Bicycles can be picked up/returned at the following times:
Monday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
Tuesday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
Thursday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
Friday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
Saturday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
Sunday from 09:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00;
The minimum rental period is 1 day, which applies from 09:00 to 19:00;
The renter will receive the rented bicycle in good condition;
When delivering the bike, you are required to show your ID and pay the deposit. The tenant details provided correspond to your proof of identity;
The agreed rental period will continue to exist, even if you have finished using the bicycle earlier;
In the unlikely event that you are later, please contact us. Usually we can arrange something;
If the bicycle is returned much later than the agreed rental period, the daily rate +€ 10 per day will be charged;
The renter will deliver the bicycle in good condition;
The renter will treat the rented bicycle with care and is directly liable for any damage to the rented bicycle and for the resulting repair costs;
We are entitled to recover any damage from the deposit;
We are entitled to recover the full damage from the renter;
It is not allowed to take people on the back of a luggage carrier (with the exception of rented child seats);
Attaching your own bicycle accessories yourself is not allowed;
We charge € 15 for a lost bicycle key;
It is not permitted to carry out any repairs to the rented property without the landlord's permission;
You, as a tenant, are fully liable for damage to third parties;
You stay with the bike on the paths and / or roads indicated for this
You lock the bike at all times, with the supplied locks;
The bicycle is insured against theft, provided that you still have the bicycle key and that you have reported it to the police;
In the event of theft, an excess of €250 for the E-bike and €500 for an E-cargo bike will be charged;
The tenant is obliged to report damage and/or loss to the landlord as soon as possible;
Our breakdown and road service is included in the rental price (between 09:00 and 19:00). We offer this service within a radius of 30 km from our location. Breakdown due to your own fault, such as fall damage, is excluded. Of course we will come to help you, but for this we charge extra costs at an hourly rate of € 50;
If you rent a bicycle for several days, you will also receive the charger with the bicycle. In this case, make sure that you always go out with a well-charged battery and possibly take the charger with you when you travel long distances. An empty battery is excluded from the breakdown service. If you are standing with an empty battery, please call us, we may be able to help, but we will charge extra costs for this at an hourly rate of €50;
Rented bicycles can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. You will then receive your money back. After that, half of the reservation costs will be charged. The full rental costs will be charged within 24 hours;
The use of the bicycle is at your own risk;
The lessor is entitled to confiscate the rented property on suspicion of alleged misuse.
